Upgrade stationary gear bearings are not necessary for most street cars, unless you're revving over the stock 9kRPM limit.  These could also be recommended for high powered applications over 400hp.  Racing Beat carries both the Type I Cosmo rear three-window bearing which requires special milling for fit and the Type II stock FD multi-window bearings.  The Type II bearings require use of the stock FD stationary gears for proper fit.
