The stock fuel system on an FC3S turbo is very limited and unable to support higher horsepower levels.  To ensure adequate fuel supply, almost all parts of the fuel system have to be replaced and upgraded.

The stock fuel pump from an FC3S turbo is only good for about 50gph or about 180lph.  If the voltage supply is not degraded, the stock fuel pump is supposed to be capable of supporting up to 300bhp at the flywheel.

The stock fuel injectors from an FC3S turbo are 4 x 550cc/minute, which totals to 2200cc/minute or 2.2 liters/minute.  At 85% pulsewidth (safe maximum), they are able to support about 280bhp at the flywheel.

The stock 5/16" O.D. metal hard lines can support 500bhp at the flywheel.

The stock fuel rails have been proven to support 650bhp at the flywheel beasts, so there's no reason to replace them either.  The applies both to the Zenki cast aluminum or Kouki metal tube fuel rails.

The rest of the fuel system upstream of the stock main/high-pressure fuel filter can be replaced with a more efficient system.  The stock fuel system is based on a "series" layout.

    Kouki FC3S turbo owns can modify their stock metal-tube fuel rails to run in parallel.  The stock Kouki FC3S turbo fuel rail ends can be cut, and steel (-6AN) weld fittings are available.
