We recommend using Redline MT-90 transmission fluid for your FC3S.  This is a synthetic-based lubricant with special additives for synchronizer transmissions; Redline recommends their MT-90 for the FC3S.

Other quality synthetic transmission oils are made NEO Synthetics and Royal Purple.
