Warping brake rotors can cause a pulsation or vibration when braking.  We recommend to replace the brake rotors with new brake rotors when you need to change them.  We do not recommend "turning" the old brake rotors, as this removes metal which decrease heat capacity.  With less metal, the rotors will tend to warp again.

Please make sure the lug nuts are torqued to spec with a torque wrench, as unevenly torqued lug nuts can cause warping of the brake rotors.

Front brake rotors, when new, spec out to 22.00mm.  According to Mazda spec, the minimum front brake rotor width is 20.0mm.
