Bogging or total loss of power in this particular range narrows the culprit down
to the secondary fuel injectors. This problem is most likely caused by a
a loose plug or a problem with the electrical wiring for one or both of the
secondary fuel injectors. On rare occasions, the current driver for the
secondary fuel injectors could be burned out on the ECU circuit board.
